Key Responsibilities
- Verify microbial test results as a second reviewer (agar plates, broth media, etc.)
- Review analytical data, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and related documents
- Check environmental monitoring and swab analysis data
- Review data for raw materials, packaging, stability, microbiology, and finished products
- Ensure proper calibration and verification of lab instruments and equipment
- Approve additional testing requests when required
- Handle OOS, OOT, deviations, and investigation activities
- Review software verification reports (Empower3)
- Verify laboratory software systems with system administrators
- Review instrument calibration and maintenance records
- Submit analytical data to regulatory affairs
- Respond to regulatory and data reliability queries
- Review and approve change controls, specifications, test procedures, and SOPs
- Conduct lab inspections to ensure compliance and fix gaps
- Follow company values, regulatory, and safety requirements
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Perform gap assessments for pharmacopeial updates (USP, Ph. Eur.)
Qualification
- Pharmacy (M. Pharma/B. Pharma)
- Experience: 1-4 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
