Job Description
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd is hiring for the position of Officer Packing at its Halol manufacturing facility. This Pharma Job involves supervising packing operations, maintaining GMP documentation, coordinating production activities, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards, training operators, and supporting efficient manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities
- Review of Executed BPR.
- Maintain equipment logbooks, physical monitoring records, housekeeping records, BPR, and GMP documents.
- Supervise and control CPD First Floor (Block F) packing activities to meet delivery schedules.
- Allocate work to operators and workers according to packing plans.
- Train operators to achieve production targets with minimum rejection while following cGMP, GDP, and SOP guidelines.
- Help operators standardize machine operations to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Complete Learning Management System (LMS) training.
- Generate and retrieve required formats through EDMS.
- Perform SAP HANA activities including Process Orders, Material Returns, Packing Lists, Consumption Orders, labels, and related documentation.
- Print and verify Cold Room and BMS system records.
- Prepare departmental SOPs and MBPR.
- Conduct SOP implementation training for officers, operators, and contract workers.
- Execute qualification protocols for the CPD First Floor (Block F) packing department.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- B.Pharm/ M.Pharm
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
