Job Description
This Pharma QC Job involves the analysis of batch, water, environmental monitoring (EM), and microbial samples while ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. The selected candidate will support method transfer, method validation, equipment qualification, microbiological testing, and quality management system activities. This Intas Pharma Career offers hands-on exposure to biotechnology quality control, cell and gene therapy analytical techniques, and molecular biology-based testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze batch, water, EM, and microbial samples with proper documentation.
- Perform method transfer and method validation activities.
- Execute HCD, ELISA, molecular biology, and HPLC-based techniques.
- Conduct in vitro bioassay analysis.
- Maintain cell lines and cell banks.
- Perform environmental monitoring of manufacturing and finished product areas.
- Verify, calibrate, qualify, and monitor QC instruments and equipment.
- Support QMS documentation and investigation activities.
- Prepare and revise SOPs and quality documents.
- Ensure compliance with approved protocols and quality standards.
