Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and verify prescriptions:
Ensure every prescription is filled with precision by checking drug names, doses, strengths, and patient details. Verify the authenticity and correctness of prescriptions before dispensing. - Counselling the customers on proper medication use and therapy is essential for this Pharmacist Job
Educate patients on how to take their medications safely, discuss possible side effects, and guide them on adherence to their treatment plans for better health outcomes. - Provide information on generic, branded, OTC, and wellness products:
Assist customers in choosing the right products by explaining the differences between generic and branded medicines, recommending suitable OTC options, and promoting wellness and preventive healthcare products. - Maintain pharmaceutical records with accuracy:
Update patient profiles, prescription logs, billing entries, and other pharmacy documentation in a timely and error-free manner to ensure compliance and smooth operations. - Managing inventory and ensuring stock availability is required for Pharmacist Job
Monitor medicine stocks, check expiry dates, place timely orders, and prevent shortages. Ensure proper storage and handling of all pharmaceutical products. - Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols:
Follow all legal, regulatory, and safety guidelines, including handling controlled substances responsibly and maintaining a clean, safe pharmacy environment. - Support a smooth workflow and collaborate with team members:
Contribute to daily pharmacy operations, maintain effective communication with colleagues, and ensure efficient service delivery through teamwork and professional coordination.
