PrimeVigilance Pharmacovigilance Job Description
This pharmacovigilance position involves performing activities within the scope of the ICSR management unit, including:
- Processing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from all sources in compliance with applicable regulations and client-specific requirements.
- Performing ICSR follow-up.
- Managing Serious Adverse Events (SAE) and Suspected Unexpected Serious Adverse Reactions (SUSAR).
- Conducting reconciliation of clinical and partner data.
- Intake, triage, assessment, data entry, follow-up, and processing of medical device safety/incident reports.
- Conducting quality reviews and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Handling personal data protection and product quality complaints.
- Mentoring and training new and junior employees within the department.
Eligibility Criteria
- Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualification with experience in pharmacovigilance.
- Demonstrated experience in pharmacovigilance and medical device vigilance.
- Good working knowledge of EU MDR (2017/745) and medical device vigilance concepts.
- Experience with global/European medical device cases and safety databases.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
