Job Description
The selected candidates will work on the project titled “Engineering NADH Oxidase Genetically Encoded Metabolic Modulator (GEMM): A Novel Approach to Glioblastoma Treatment.” Responsibilities include establishing GBM cell lines, conducting drug response assays, and managing project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain GBM cell lines in 2D and 3D cultures.
- Conduct drug response and metabolic assays.
- Generate and validate stable cell lines.
- Perform constraint-based metabolic modeling.
- Integrate genotype and transcriptome data with computational models.
- Manage project records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members on research activities.
- Communicate findings effectively to the project leader.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s/Integrated Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences Or Relavant
- Two years of research experience in relevant fields.
- Knowledge of mammalian cell culture and drug assays is desirable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Pune.
Consolidated Emoluments
- ₹35,000 + HRA for candidates qualified in CSIR-UGC / ICAR / ICMR NET or equivalent.
- ₹28,000 + HRA for other candidates.
