Caldic QC QA Internship: Job Description
In this Caldic QC QA Internship, the QC-QA Intern will assist in the preparation, compilation, and organization of Quality Assurance and Regulatory documentation. The role involves maintaining validation, qualification, and compliance records to support quality management systems, as well as supporting document control activities and assisting with routine QA and regulatory administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, compilation, and organization of Quality Assurance and Regulatory documentation.
- Maintain validation, qualification, and compliance records to support quality management systems.
- Support document control activities, including filing, version management, and archival of quality documents.
- Assist in commissioning and validation documentation for new equipment, processes, and manufacturing systems.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records related to quality and regulatory activities.
- Support the preparation and review of SOPs, protocols, reports, and other quality documents.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and organize information required for quality and compliance purposes.
- Assist with routine QA and regulatory administrative activities while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable standards.
Eligibility for the Caldic QC QA Internship
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or recently graduated) in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 0-1 year experience.
- Strong interest in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and quality management systems.
- Good documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a manufacturing and compliance-driven environment.
