ICON Project Analyst Role: Job Description
The Project Operations Analyst I (POA I) plays a crucial role in supporting assigned departments or functional teams by providing guidance on various projects and tasks. The POA I will develop skills through collaboration with project teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned project tasks while adhering to timelines, SOPs, and performance metric standards.
- Select and manage suppliers and project resources for assigned tasks with guidance and team oversight.
- Identify risks associated with assigned tasks and execute strategies to minimize them.
- Support project meetings and the resolution of issues, including project recaps and corrective/preventative actions.
- Maintain accurate tracking and regular upkeep of financial data on assigned tasks and projects.
- Communicate effectively with project team members and senior project leaders regarding project tasks.
- Approve vendor invoices and review TMF for inspection readiness.
- Support PMs/Sr POA in developing communication plans and project-specific training trackers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Proactive, hands-on problem solver.
- Fluency in English, both orally and in writing, with excellent communication skills.
- Process-driven with strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Dedicated team player with experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
