Key Responsibilities for QC Job Role:
- Lead investigations for laboratory and manufacturing deviations.
- Identify root causes using 5 Whys, Fishbone, or CAPA analysis methods.
- Conduct Phase I & II OOS investigations and review analytical data and logs.
- Coordinate retesting/reanalysis and ensure documentation per SOPs.
- Monitor data trends to detect OOT (Out of Trend) results.
- Recommend preventive actions to eliminate recurrence of quality events.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports ensuring compliance with GDP and cGMP.
- Present findings during audits and regulatory inspections (MHRA, FDA, etc.).
- Maintain documentation integrity as per ICH and regulatory standards.
- Train QC analysts on data integrity and investigation procedures.
Skills Required for QC Job Role:
- Strong research and analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cGMP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.
- Expertise in CAPA and root cause analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a regulated environment.
Educational Requirements for QC Job Role:

M.Sc. Pharmaceutical sciences or B.Pharm degree from a recognized university.
