Job Description
The quality control jobs at Hetero Labs involve ensuring that all products meet the required standards of quality and safety. Professionals in these roles will be responsible for conducting various tests and analyses, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with advanced laboratory equipment and contribute to the overall quality assurance processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine quality control tests and analyses.
- Document and report test results accurately.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
- Participate in stability studies and method validation.
- Assist in training junior staff on QC procedures.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Support audits and inspections as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification of B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in quality control.
- 1-Year Apprenticeship Candidates Are Also Eligible
- Exposure Required: HPLC/ GC, IP/FP Analysis, Stability Studies, Wet Analysis
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in HPLC and GC techniques.
- Understanding of IP/FP analysis methods.
- Ability to perform stability studies and wet analysis.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
