Job Description
Reckitt is seeking a Medical Affairs professional for a Pharma Research Job within the Global Category Medical Affairs (GCMA) Germ Protection team. The role involves providing scientific and medical expertise to support product innovation, evidence generation, regulatory submissions, promotional activities, and brand development. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Safety, Quality, Clinical Research, R&D, and Marketing while contributing to the scientific strategy behind consumer healthcare and germ protection products.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the GCMA Germ Protection team in cross-functional projects and scientific discussions.
- Review and evaluate efficacy and safety data to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Conduct systematic literature reviews and analyze scientific publications.
- Support product innovation, claims development, and scientific strategy for germ protection products.
- Prepare medical and scientific documents including clinical overviews, study protocols, and safety summaries.
- Provide medical support for promotional and registration activities globally.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to Medical Information requests and maintain current scientific documentation.
- Monitor competitor data, emerging research, and industry developments.
- Contribute to product development initiatives and evidence-generation strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Postgraduate Degree (preferred)
- Experience: Experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Writing, Clinical Research, Scientific Research, Consumer Health, or Pharmaceutical Industry preferred
