Job Overview:
This M Pharm Job under Sun Pharma Careers is focused on packaging and device development within regulatory affairs. The role involves characterization of packaging samples, development of packaging configurations, and coordination with regulatory teams for ANDA and NDA filings. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in documentation, validation, and compliance, making it ideal for those targeting Regulatory Affairs Jobs in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Characterization of RLD Pack samples for PFS, IV bags, Devices, Ophthalmic etc.
- Finalization of pack configuration for exhibit batches of new generic products/ NDA products as per requirement.
- Identification of new packaging materials and new vendor development for packaging materials.
- Mold development for primary & secondary packaging materials and its validation.
- Support to regulatory team for ANDA’s / NDA’s /EU filling for regulated market & support for query response.
- Coordination with NPI and planning team for launch of product.
- Preparation and review of Specification, MPC & FMEA, Pack style, Threshold Analysis, DHF compilation, GSPR and Technical Document preparation as per EU MDR requirements.
- Performing functional tests for injectable pack as per country requirements as defined in ISO/USP. Preparation of development study protocol, report and execute the study.
- Support to plant for troubleshooting activities & market complaint.
- Coordination with cross functional team like FDD/RA/Plant/PPIC/Marketing/BD/PMO for completion of task.
Educational Qualification:
- Qualification: M. Pharm or PG from IIP
Experience: Tenure: 0-2 years
