Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute molecular and cell biology experiments. Perform mammalian cell culture and cellular assays.
- Conduct gene and protein expression studies (qRT-PCR, Western blotting, ELISA, immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, etc.).
- Assist in the synthesis, characterization, and biological evaluation of nanomaterials/MOFs and drug delivery systems.
- Participate in small animal studies and tissue analysis (preferred).
- Analyze experimental data.
Eligibility Norms
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a closely related discipline. Candidates who have submitted their thesis are also eligible.
- The percentage with respect to the academic qualifications will be a minimum of 60% or equivalent grade from Graduation onward and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th.
Desirable Qualification/Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques.
- Experience with techniques such as qRT-PCR, Western blotting, ELISA, immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, or confocal microscopy.
- Experience in immunology or inflammatory disease models.
- Experience in nanoparticle, liposome, hydrogel, or MOF-based drug delivery systems.
- Experience in animal handling and preclinical studies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary research environment.
Remuneration details
- Consolidated Monthly Remuneration: ₹54,200/- per month
- House Rent Allowance (if applicable): ₹7,200/- per month
