Job Description
This research job at Vantive Career involves providing analytical laboratory support for material characterization, method development, failure analysis, and new product development projects. The selected candidate will perform laboratory experiments, operate analytical instruments, document research activities, and ensure compliance with quality systems, data integrity standards, and laboratory SOPs while collaborating with multidisciplinary R&D teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical experiments and method development.
- Support failure analysis and root cause investigations.
- Prepare laboratory samples for analysis.
- Operate chromatographic and analytical instruments.
- Assist in equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Analyze research data and recommend solutions.
- Maintain laboratory documentation as per GDP and ALCOA.
- Follow SOPs, quality standards, and EHS guidelines.
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve research milestones.
- Support continuous laboratory improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Master’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, or Polymer Chemistry.
- Experience: Candidates with relevant analytical laboratory exposure may apply.
