Purpose: The candidate in this Rubicon officer jobs role will primarily be responsible for handling the granulation and blending area and equipment efficiently in a GMP environment.
Position / Job Title: Officer/Sr. Officer – Granulation and Blending
Department: Manufacturing
Reporting To: Assistant Manager (Section Incharge)
Location: Pithampur
Years of Experience: 3-6 Years
Dosage Form: Solid Oral
Key Responsibilities
- To perform the manufacturing activity as per the SOP.
- Operation cleaning and maintenance of granulation and blending equipment.
- Handling of documents like BMR, process validation protocol, process validation reports, etc.
- Calibration of the balances and other instruments.
- Online recording of the activity in the BMR and logbooks and E-logbooks.
- Checking and recording of the in-process parameters during manufacturing activity.
- Troubleshooting of equipment by coordination with the engineering department.
- To ensure safety and hygiene during the manufacturing process.
- Follow superior instructions to achieve departmental goals.
- To report any incident or violation of GMP act to the immediate supervisor.
- To carry out the activity effectively to achieve departmental objectives.
- To maintain the c-GMP environment in the manufacturing area.
- Additional responsibility of preventive & regular maintenance of machines.
- Accessories and inventory control of the area.
- Monitoring of productivity improvement.
- Monitoring of changeover time reduction.
- Monitoring of batch cycle time of the respective area and equipment.
- Should handle the troubleshooting of compression and coating equipment.
- Must have knowledge about the audit trail, event log, and reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: B. Pharm.
- Total Experience: 3-6 years
- Additional Notes: Role is expected to work in all shifts. Adequate verbal and written communication skills are required.
