Job Description

The role maintains controlled documentation systems and record retention (including electronic records), supports compliance with regulatory agency requirements, and works on routine-scope documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure controlled documentation system, record retention and information services including electronic records retention per regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements; maintain technical and non-technical documentation change system
  • Assure procedures classify & maintain records; interpret/enforce documentation formatting, standards, policies and SOP requirements
  • May identify submission components, communicate documentation standards and coordinate assembly of regulatory dossiers
  • May analyse/evaluate data, prepare abstracts and executive summaries; maintain product information contacts
  • Report technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt
  • Distribution of marketing samples where applicable
