Key Responsibilities for Scientist Job Role:
- Design and execute assigned clinical trial activities
- Work with clinical team members to support end-to-end study operations
- May serve as Clinical Trial Lead for multiple studies
- Lead or support trial-level activities with appropriate oversight
- Co-lead study team meetings with the protocol manager
- Collaborate with KOLs and external partners
- Provide timely updates to management is required for Scientist Job
- Develop protocols, ICF documents, and amendments
- Conduct literature reviews for scientific insights
- Submit clinical documents to TMF
- Prepare CRA/site training materials and present at SIVs, Investigator Meetings
- Review clinical narratives
- Monitor clinical data for trends and discrepancies
- Develop Data Review Plans in collaboration with Data Management
- Ensure CRF design supports protocol requirements
- Contribute clinical sections to CSRs and regulatory documents (IB, DSUR, PSUR, etc.)
Educational Requirements for Scientist Job Role:

MD in Pharmacology preferred
Experience Requirements
- Basic understanding of GCP/ICH and drug development
- Knowledge of clinical study design and clinical operations
- Ability to understand protocols and study requirements
- Skills in data review and trend identification
- Intermediate medical writing and scientific communication
- Project planning skills for short-range timelines
