Genpact invites applications for the role of Senior Manager, Pharma Commercial Analytics. This is a critical position for professionals experienced in pharma and life sciences commercial projects. The role requires hands-on experience with claims, EMR, and EHR data. It also involves developing commercial strategies and roadmaps, which is ideal for analytics jobs. Candidates will work in a highly innovative environment. The focus will be on scaling AI, Datavant tokenization, and advanced analytics to meet global business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Experienced across any of the commercial analytics functions like patient analytics, Claims, EMR, EHR data analytics, ideal For Healthcare Careers.
• Understand the incoming datasets (claims, EHR, lab, registry, etc.) and identify the available patient-identifiable fields
• Map source data fields to the required Datavant tokenization
• Set up and maintain the Datavant tokenization tool/environment (on-prem or cloud)
• Apply the correct tokenization profiles (e.g., Profile 1, Profile 2) based on use case and compliance requirements
• Handle multiple datasets and synchronize tokenization for cross-dataset linkage
• Troubleshoot low match performance and improve via data cleansing or profile adjustments
• Develop ETL pipelines or scripts to automate tokenization workflows
• Create reusable mapping templates for profiles
• Track and report on processing time, match rates, and error rates
Qualifications Required For Genpact Careers
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in technology/pharmacy
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
• Pharma domain experience with different data assets, sales reporting, and commercial analytics team in healthcare/pharma/life science, which is ideal For Healthcare Careers.
• Hands-on experience in SQL, Data Bricks, Snowflakes, R, Python
• Problem solving, macro-level research, analytics approach, good with numbers
• Good Excel/PowerPoint skills
