Job Description
Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences (HIMS), a constituent college of Swami Rama Himalayan University (SRHU), invites applications from eligible and qualified candidates for the following position in the Department of Clinical Research:
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- PhD in Clinical Research or Pharmacology
- Pharm.D. (Doctor of Pharmacy)
- M.Pharm in Pharmacology, Pharmacy or Clinical Pharmacy with industry experience 05 years (minimum)
- MSc in Clinical Research / Clinical Trials with industry experience 05 years (minimum)
Special Preference: Candidates with M.Pharm in Pharmacology and relevant healthcare industry experience are particularly encouraged to apply for the SRHU Assistant Professor role.
Desirable Experience: Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical industries, Clinical Research Organisations (CROs), clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, drug development, clinical operations and regulatory affairs will be preferred.
Required Skills
Practical experience or involvement in:
- Planning, coordination and conduct of clinical trials.
- Clinical trial documentation and regulatory submissions.
- Clinical trial site coordination and patient recruitment.
- Informed consent procedures and research ethics.
- Pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting.
- ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research regulations
