1. Manufacturing (Parenteral) – Operator

Mfg. Skid/Autoclave/Filling/General Mfg./BFS/PFS/Aseptic Filling/Cartridge Filling

PFS/Cartridge & Cartonator
2. OSD (Manufacturing) – Operator to Executive
-
Experience in OSD Manufacturing (Granulation/Compression/Coating).
-
Experience in Production QMS activities, including Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, Risk Assessment, Investigation, SOP Management and Documentation.
-
IPQA, Line Clearance, Audit Trail Review and QA Validation.
3. Validation (Engineering Quality) – Officer to Executive
Site: Baska
-
EM/Media Fill Visual Inspection/Aseptic Area Monitoring.
-
Water and Bioburden & Microbiological/Sterility & BET Testing, IQ/OQ/PQ of Equipment, Trend Analysis Preparation.

Handling lab instruments like HPLC/GC/Dissolution, UV/FTIR Analysis of RM/PM/IP & Stability in QC.
-
OSD and Parenteral Plant Maintenance.

Experience in qualification and design of different equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ), Smoke Study, Investigation, QMS, exposure to Ellab/Kaye Validator System and Thermal Validation.
