Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific, through its PPD clinical research business, is hiring a Clinical Trial Coordinator – FSP (Job ID R-01361221) for Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day administrative and technical support to clinical study teams
  • Reviewing essential study documents, study plans, informed consent forms and document packets
  • Supporting regulatory inspection readiness (SOP lists, inspection materials)
  • Coordinating with Clinical Operations, Study Managers, study teams and CROs
  • Supporting risk-based monitoring
  • Preparing meeting minutes
  • Supporting CTMS and TMF activities
  • Site activation, feasibility and site selection support
  • Vendor contract administration and study close-out including financial reconciliation

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in global clinical trial support as a CTC or Project Coordinator
  • Phase 2 and 3 and global studies experience advantageous
  • Oncology exposure advantageous

Required Skills

  • Veeva Vault and hands-on eTMF lifecycle experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and clinical trial systems
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
