    Syneos Health Jobs: Safety & PV Specialist Role

    In this Syneos Health jobs opportunity, the Safety & PV Specialist will be responsible for entering information into PVG quality and tracking systems, processing ICSRs according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves evaluating ICSR data for completeness and accuracy, maintaining safety tracking for assigned activities, and performing literature screening and review for safety.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Enter information into PVG quality and tracking systems for receipt and tracking ICSR as required.
    • Assist in the processing of ICSRs according to SOPs and project/program-specific safety plans.
    • Evaluate ICSR data for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory reportability.
    • Perform literature screening and review for safety, including drug coding and maintenance of drug dictionary.
    • Ensure all relevant documents are submitted to the Trial Master File (TMF) as per company SOP.
    • Participate in audits as required/appropriate.
    • Foster constructive and professional working relationships with all project team members.
    • Maintain understanding and compliance with SOPs, global drug/biologic/device regulations, and GCP guidelines.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Bachelor’s Degree in life science, registered nurse, pharmacist, or equivalent.
    • Knowledge of Safety Database systems and medical terminology.
    • Good understanding of clinical trial processes and post-marketing safety requirements.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other management tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
