Job Description

  • Perform case selection and allocation daily per the client SOP and WIs.
  • Quality Review of cases (valid and invalid cases) as per the set SLAs.
  • Document cases in the SMOCQA tool.
  • Perform analysis of refuted errors.
  • Ensure Quality is achieved as per the set SLA (TCS/Client).
  • Attend internal and client meetings.
  • Attend the Vendor oversight meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with Client/TCS training requirements.
  • Participate in audits as Subject Matter Expert of the Quality Review Processes.
  • Perform any additional tasks/activities as delegated by the Supervisor

TCS Pharmacovigilance Eligibility Criteria

  • UG: B.Sc. in Any Specialisation, B.Pharma in Any Specialisation, B.C.A. in Any Specialisation, B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialisation
  • PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialisation, M.Tech in Any Specialisation

Required Skills for the TCS Pharmacovigilance Role
