Quality Specialist II Job Description
The Teva careers Bangalore Quality Specialist II role involves ensuring compliance with corporate standards in the review of CMC documentation, method development, and validation protocols. The specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality reviews and liaising with contract manufacturers to enhance product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures that the review of CMC documentation is completed in a timely and compliant manner as per Teva CORP standards and related guidance.
- Reviews Method Development/Validation Protocols & Reports, Stability Protocols & Reports from various Teva contracting sites and R&D units.
- Reviews Instrument/Equipment Qualification records and BMR.
- Ensures timely completion of Product Quality Reviews / Annual Product Reviews for Teva products.
- Compiles high-quality Annual Product Reviews (APRs) / Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) for products manufactured at various sites.
- Liaises with third-party contract manufacturers for data collection and responses.
- Recommends actions for continuous improvement in product quality.
- Receives guidance from various supervisors and managers in Quality Strategy & Shared Services.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2 to 8 years of experience in QA / QC function in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Master’s Degree in Pharmacy or other natural sciences or Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or other natural sciences.
- Basic knowledge of worldwide cGxP regulations.
- Good English language skills; other language skills could be helpful.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Computerised Systems; knowledge of TEVA’s IT landscape would be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing, QC, and contract manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience in Analytical Method development and Method Validation.
