THSTI Bioanalyst Walk-in: Job Description
The Bioanalyst will support pharmacokinetic (PK) studies using LC-MS/MS-based analytical quantifications. This THSTI Bioanalyst Walk-in role requires the candidate to work collaboratively within a DMPK team to generate robust, high-quality bioanalytical data. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining LC-MS/MS systems, developing and validating methods, and ensuring laboratory safety and documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain LC-MS/MS systems to ensure reliable analytical performance.
- Develop, optimize, and validate LC-MS/MS methods for quantification of drugs and metabolites.
- Perform routine bioanalysis of clinical and preclinical PK study samples.
- Prepare and maintain reference standards and laboratory records.
- Write analytical protocols for new projects.
- Generate analytical summaries and bioanalytical study plans.
- Maintain adherence to laboratory safety and good documentation practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- At least two (2) years of post-qualification experience in LC-MS/MS bioanalysis.
