IPQA Jobs: Job Description
Umendra Life Sciences is looking for dedicated candidates to fill the roles of IPQA Officer, QC Executive, and Officer Microbiologist. These IPQA Jobs involve ensuring compliance with quality standards in manufacturing processes. They will perform critical quality checks and inspections, monitor manufacturing activities, and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process quality checks and inspections during manufacturing and packaging activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, BMR/BPR, and approved procedures.
- Monitor manufacturing activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Review and verify batch manufacturing and packaging records.
- Handle deviations, incidents, CAPA, change controls, and related documentation.
- Conduct line clearance and area clearance before and during manufacturing activities.
- Perform sampling and coordinate with QC for testing and analysis.
- Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharm/M.Pharm or related qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing sector.
- Good knowledge of GMP, GLP, and pharmaceutical/cosmetic manufacturing practices.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of BMR/BPR review, line clearance, deviations, CAPA, and change control.
- Good understanding of in-process quality control activities.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good documentation and analytical skills.
