Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Executive in this Wellversed quality assurance role will be responsible for ensuring product quality across various stages of manufacturing and packaging. The role includes conducting quality inspections, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to uphold the company’s commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Verify product specifications, labeling, and packaging quality before product release and dispatch.
- Monitor product quality parameters and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Monitor manufacturing and packaging activities to ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Identify deviations, non-conformities, and quality issues, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, batch records, and other QA documentation.
- Work closely with Production, R&D, Procurement, Warehouse, and Compliance teams to maintain product quality and process efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational performance.

- 1–4 years of full-time experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Food Processing, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, or FMCG Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
- Relevant degree in Food Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
