Job Description

Zydus Lifesciences Ltd is hiring a Formulation Scientist – R&D (Senior Executive) at its Pharma Technology Centre (PTC), Changodar, Ahmedabad, in Formulation Development – US. The Zydus formulation scientist reports to the Senior Manager, Formulation Development – US.

Zydus Formulation Scientist Responsibilities

  • Development of ophthalmic and/or semisolid formulations for regulated markets
  • Literature searches, product assessments and formulation optimisation studies
  • Execute clinical, engineering, scale-up, exhibit and validation batches
  • Prepare and review PDRs, MFCs, BMRs, scale-up protocols and technology transfer documents
  • Maintain lab notebooks, project files and development records per SOPs and regulatory requirements
  • Support technology transfer, scale-up, troubleshooting and cross-functional projects
  • Ensure cGMP, data integrity, safety and documentation practices
  • Collaborate with Analytical, Regulatory, QA and Manufacturing teams

Zydus Formulation Scientist Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) preferred

Experience: 2 to 4 years (pharmaceutical industry, individual contributor)
