Key Responsibilities

  • Case intake, triage, prioritization, data entry, and ICSR processing from mailboxes, gateways, and other sources
  • Duplicate checks and source document review
  • Validity, seriousness and causality assessment
  • MedDRA and WHODrug coding
  • Case narratives, follow-up for missing safety information, reconciliation of safety reports and support for regulatory submissions

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
  • Experience: 3-5 years
