    Job Description

    Sandoz Careers is hiring for an Analyst – Artwork Operations role responsible for managing pharmaceutical artwork processes from initiation to completion. The selected candidate will coordinate artwork change requests, ensure GMP and regulatory compliance, manage documentation, support quality processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and compliant packaging artworks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate artwork change requests and manage workflows.
    • Ensure compliance with GMP and internal quality procedures.
    • Timely escalate deviations, risks, and operational issues.
    • Support investigations and CAPA development.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
    • Provide regular status updates on project progress.
    • Capture stakeholder feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
    • Assist in updating SOPs and operational documentation.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, IT, or a related scientific discipline.
    • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Artwork Operations or related pharmaceutical functions. Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is preferred.

    Required Skills

    • Knowledge of artwork management processes and packaging components.
    • Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance requirements.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Knowledge of QlikSense, Power BI, or reporting tools is advantageous.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Attention to detail and a quality mindset.
    • Basic project management capabilities.
