Job Description
As part of this B Pharm Job, the selected candidate will support Quality Control operations by managing Labware LIMS, preparing and reviewing Specifications, STPs, and RBE Masters, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role includes handling OOS/OOT investigations, Change Control, CAPA, Quality Risk Management (QRM), SAT/UAT activities, and maintaining GMP compliance while supporting continuous quality improvement through Dr. Reddy Careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Skilled in preparation of Specification and STPs through Labware LIMS application.
- Manage stock preparation and inventory, including chemicals, standards, and columns in LIMS.
- Handle master records and requirements, address issues, and support solutions in LIMS.
- Maintain analyst qualification records and instrument registration in LIMS.
- Identify training needs and ensure the department completes training on time.
- Investigate incidents, out-of-specifications (OOS), and out-of-trend (OOT) issues.
- Handle change control and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) related to quality control.
- Compile data related to Quality Risk Management (QRM).
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B Pharm/M Pharm/M Sc.
- Experience: Good exposure in LIMS. Proficient in MS Office.
