Job Description
The selected candidates for this Apprenticeship will receive intensive technical training on Medtronic therapies and products. As part of this Pharma Job in Bengaluru, apprentices will support product implants, device programming, patient follow-ups, and clinical activities in cath labs while developing strong technical and clinical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo intensive technical training on Medtronic’s therapies and products.
- Demonstrate proficiency in product and therapy knowledge.
- Receive orientation on cath lab settings and OPDs in Bengaluru.
- Provide product implant support, programming, and patient follow-ups.
- Support implants and conduct patient follow-ups (minimum of 6 activities per day).
- Timely reporting of weekly reports and trackers.
- Take initiative and be a self-starter in the Co-op/Apprentice (Non-Tech) role.
- Develop knowledge of industry and organizational processes at Medtronic.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B Pharma / Biomedical Engineering students graduating in 2025 or 2026.
- Eligibility: No PF account and no backlogs for the Co-op/Apprentice (Non-Tech) position.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills suitable for a Co-op/Apprentice (Non-Tech).
- Ability to work in a team environment at Medtronic.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
