Job Description
The Officer position at Rubicon Careers involves supervising shop floor activities related to nasal manufacturing, filling, and autoclaving. The candidate will closely monitor throughput while ensuring quality compliance and efficiency in a GMP environment. This role demands a proactive approach to managing operations and adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and monitor shop floor activities as per the SOP.
- Track daily shift-wise plans according to targets.
- Allocate manpower in respective areas and manage manpower effectively.
- Supervise cleaning, sanitization, equipment cleaning, and batch manufacturing processes.
- Calibrate equipment/instruments on the shop floor.
- Check and record in-process parameters during manufacturing and filling activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues in coordination with technicians.
- Ensure safety and hygiene compliance during all processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- B. Pharm degree.
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 compliant systems.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CIP, SIP, pressure hold tests, and recipe-based manufacturing.
- Experience with various manufacturing and holding equipment.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Strong adherence to personal and workplace hygiene standards.
