CCRAS RARI Jammu Jobs: Job Description
The positions available are for Project Associates under the NMPB-funded project entitled “Regional Raw Drug Repository, Western Himalayan Region.” These roles are temporary, initially for one year, and may be extended based on performance and project needs. Candidates are required to possess relevant qualifications and experience in their respective fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and standardization of ASU raw drugs.
- Draft and edit scientific documents and technical reports.
- Participate in the collection and identification of plants.
- Engage in scientific activities and services related to Ayurveda.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age limit: Not exceeding 35 years for Project Associate positions as of the date of the interview.
- Age limit: Not exceeding 50 years for Administrative Assistant/Field Workers as of the date of the interview.
- Relaxation in age for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government of India rules.
Required Skills
- Master’s Degree in relevant fields (Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacognosy, Botany).
- Experience in research and development in academic or scientific organizations is relevant for CCRAS RARI Jammu jobs.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong drafting and editing skills for scientific documentation.
Salary
- Project Associate-I: Rs. 31,000/- + HRA
- Project Associate-II: Rs. 35,000/- + HRA
- Other positions: Rs. 18,000/- + HRA
