Job Description
As part of Cipla Careers, the selected candidate will execute production activities in compliance with cGMP, safety standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role is ideal for candidates seeking D Pharm Jobs in pharmaceutical manufacturing, where they will support daily production, documentation, equipment operation, and process optimization while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment according to SOPs and batch manufacturing records (BMR).
- Execute production activities to achieve daily shift targets.
- Ensure accurate online documentation and maintain data integrity.
- Record timely entries in BMR and supporting production documents.
- Maintain equipment, facilities, and production areas in an audit-ready condition.
- Follow cGMP guidelines, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Conduct training on equipment operation, safety, and cGMP practices for workmen.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report safety incidents or near-miss events to the reporting officer.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with engineering, utility, technical support, and quality teams for smooth manufacturing operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing organization.

- Knowledge of cGMP guidelines and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
- Understanding of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and SOP compliance.
