The Cipla Production Job involves monitoring and executing production activities in an area during the shift while maintaining cGMP and safety norms to achieve production targets. The role involves shift production execution, documentation, compliance, safety coordination, and resource management in a formulation production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute production activities in a shift by managing available resources to achieve production targets.
- Carry out assigned tasks as per planned production activity to meet shift-wise production targets.
- Regulate the usage of consumables in the production process at optimum levels to save costs.
- Improve area efficiency through equipment utilization and reduction of downtime in the manufacturing area.
- Maintain standard process parameters as per BMRs and other supporting documents for achieving production targets and maintaining quality.
- Ensure all operations are performed as per GMP and safety norms by reviewing processes and documents for compliance.
- Maintain system integrity by updating documentation and deviations on CipDox while performing operations.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for batch scheduling and product-related issues.
