Job Description
The selected candidate for this Clinical Research Associate Job will manage clinical trial activities from site feasibility to study close-out. The role includes site monitoring, investigator coordination, GCP compliance, SAE reporting, participant recruitment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of clinical studies through Sun Pharma Careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform site feasibility, identify potential investigators, negotiate study budgets, and finalize contracts.
- Prepare and submit study documents for EC permission across centers.
- Oversee and document IP dispensing, inventory management, and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
- Train investigators and site personnel on study protocols and GCP principles.
- Facilitate recruitment of trial participants and manage data entry and verification.
- Report SAEs and SUSARs in alignment with regulations and policies.
- Identify risks and implement CAPA for underperforming sites.
- Coordinate with in-house or CRO partners for data management and analysis.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health-related field, such as Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Public Health; or a Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Research.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in clinical research.
