Key Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing operations as per plan, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
- Perform shop floor activities as per BMR/BPR and SOP instructions.
- Conduct machine maintenance, calibration, and inventory management.
- Make online entries in GMP documents to ensure contemporaneous documentation.
- Follow safety norms and report near-misses or unsafe conditions.
- Execute operations without quality deviations, maintaining compliance at all times.
- Support continuous improvement through Kaizen and implement 5S at the workplace.
- Coordinate with seniors, co-workers, subordinates, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Diploma/Graduation in Science, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
