Job Description
SAVA Healthcare is hiring for the position of Executive – Corporate Quality Assurance (CQA). The role focuses on artwork approval, batch release activities, third-party manufacturing coordination, market complaint handling, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
Candidates with strong documentation skills, regulatory knowledge, and experience in Pharma Quality Assurance processes are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve packaging artworks for in-house and third-party pharmaceutical products.
- Coordinate with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, and Production teams for artwork approvals and updates.
- Handle foreign language artwork approvals and printer PDF approvals.
- Conduct inspections and batch release activities for third-party manufacturing products.
- Review certificates of analysis, reports, and quality compliance documents.
- Maintain documentation and track artwork and batch release status.
- Handle market complaints by coordinating investigations with manufacturing units and preparing resolution reports.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
- Proven experience in artwork approval and quality assurance processes.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
