Job Description
The Hetero walk-in interview is aimed at recruiting professionals with expertise in formulation development, process optimization, and technology transfer for various dosage forms. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with relevant equipment and be capable of preparing technical documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulation development, process optimization, and scale-up for liquid and solid dosage forms.
- Preparation of technical documents including MFC, PDR, stability notes, and specifications.
- Experience in formulation optimization using Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Coordination with cross-functional teams including ARD, RA, TT, Manufacturing, and Purchase.
- Analytical method development and validation for raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP standards.
- Conduct stability testing and investigate OOS/OOT results.
Eligibility Criteria
- For Liquids: M.Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy with 2-7 years of experience.
- For Hormones: M.Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy/M.Sc-Chemistry with 3-5 years of experience.
- For Solid Orals: 2-7 years of experience in Oral Solid Dosage formulation development.
- For Injectables: 5-7 years of experience in analytical testing & method development/validation.
