IIT Ropar Recruitment 2026: Job Description
Under IIT Ropar Recruitment 2026, the selected candidate will work on the ICMR Intermediate Grant project, focusing on developing a novel orthobiologic injectable. This role involves conducting research related to the bone and musculoskeletal system, including wet-lab work, tissue processing, histology, and executing animal studies. The candidate will also engage in biomolecular testing protocols and may interact with clinical or industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on orthobiologic injectables for bone treatment.

Eligibility for IIT Ropar Recruitment 2026
- Master’s or PhD in Materials Science, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or other medical or life science subjects.
- Understanding of the bone/musculoskeletal system.
- Wet-lab experience preferred.
- Age: not more than 30 years on the closing date (relaxation as per GoI).
Salary
Rs 56,000 + 10% HRA (Rs 61,600) per month as per ICMR norms.
