Job Description
Lupin is hiring for the position of Officer – Production at its Jammu facility. This Pharma Production Job opportunity involves managing pharmaceutical manufacturing operations across Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Encapsulation sections while ensuring compliance with GMP, GxP, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, EH&S, and regulatory requirements during production activities.
- Execute manufacturing operations in Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Encapsulation sections.
- Perform activities as per approved SOPs, procedures, and cGMP guidelines.
- Plan production activities, manage raw materials, bulk, and finished goods as per schedules.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, R&D, Engineering, and cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to achieve production targets.
- Handle deviations, non-conformities, complaints, and CAPA implementation.
- Support validation activities, qualification documents, and process improvements.
- Perform equipment/process troubleshooting and change control implementation.
- Maintain QMS, documentation compliance, and report discrepancies to QA and department heads.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduation in Pharmacy
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical production operations. Experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating, or Encapsulation sections is preferred.
