Job Description
This M Pharm Job at MSN Careers is focused on procurement and supply chain coordination within the Supply Chain Management department. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, evaluating suppliers, managing RFQs, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely order management. The role involves coordination with cross-functional teams such as R&D, WH, PM & PPIC, and logistics teams to maintain uninterrupted material supply. Candidates are expected to have knowledge of chemical types, technical terms, and working experience with the SAP MM module.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluating Competitive suppliers/Manufacturers as per R&D and manufacturing needs.
- Strategic sourcing for key starting materials.
- Raw materials costing preparation from different sources (Domestic &China market) and submission within TAT.
- Managing the RFQs, negotiation, and preparing the terms of the supply agreement.
- Purchase the RAW Materials at a negotiated rate.
- Order management: Track PRs/POs on a daily basis and identify gaps to meet the timeline.
- Coordination with CFTs (R&D, WH, PM& PPIC) on a daily basis.
- Develop a supply plan to ensure timely delivery and coordination with internal & external logistics.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: MSc or M Pharm (Chemistry Background Mandatory)
- Experience: 2- 5 years
Required Skills
- Experienced on SAP MM module.
- Good knowledge of chemical types & technical terms.
- Supplier evaluation and negotiation skills.
- Costing and raw material sourcing expertise.
- Order management and tracking of PRs/POs.
- Coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Supply planning and logistics coordination.
- CDMO Experience Preferable.
