Job Description
- Support WW Commercialization & Forecasting initiatives through accurate forecasting and data-driven insights.
- Develop actionable business insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize forecasting methodologies, quantitative analysis, and healthcare market understanding.
- Manage forecasting activities across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business planning and performance monitoring.
- Contribute to organizational growth through analytics and forecasting support.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end forecast models for oncology pipeline assets.
- Build forecasting models for complex oncology indications.
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable business insights.
- Perform statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining.
- Collaborate with Commercial Data Analyst teams to optimize business processes and reporting.
- Apply automation and advanced technologies to improve forecasting efficiency.
- Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and analytical frameworks.
- Partner with Finance teams for forecasting processes and performance insights.
- Collect and utilize real-world data for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, forecasting practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in a business analyst role within the biopharma or pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Technology, or Engineering.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Experience in short-term, long-term, and strategic forecasting in the pharma industry.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in complex organizational environments.
- Experience interacting with senior management and delivering analytical insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on expertise in Python, including pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and related ML libraries.
- Experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- VBA and Macros knowledge preferred.
