    Job Description

    • Support digital transformation in healthcare operations.
    • Help improve business processes for better efficiency and outcomes.
    • Assist in streamlining healthcare operations for future needs.
    • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by resolving issues and supporting teams.
    • Minimize disruptions and maintain consistent business processes.
    • Support prescription drug program administration and pharmacy benefit operations.
    • Assist in processing and managing prescription drug claims.
    • Help maintain drug formularies and pharmacy networks.
    • Support negotiations related to pharmacy discounts and manufacturer rebates.
    • Use problem-solving and attention to detail to deliver reliable operational support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
    • Your expected interactions are with your own team and direct supervisor.
    • You will be provided with a detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
    • The decisions that you make will impact your own work.
    • You will be an individual contributor as part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
    • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.

    Qualification

    • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) graduate.
    • 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Willingness to work night shifts.
    • Comfortable working from an office-based setup.
    • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
