Job Description
- Support digital transformation in healthcare operations.
- Help improve business processes for better efficiency and outcomes.
- Assist in streamlining healthcare operations for future needs.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by resolving issues and supporting teams.
- Minimize disruptions and maintain consistent business processes.
- Support prescription drug program administration and pharmacy benefit operations.
- Assist in processing and managing prescription drug claims.
- Help maintain drug formularies and pharmacy networks.
- Support negotiations related to pharmacy discounts and manufacturer rebates.
- Use problem-solving and attention to detail to deliver reliable operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Your expected interactions are with your own team and direct supervisor.
- You will be provided with a detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
- The decisions that you make will impact your own work.
- You will be an individual contributor as part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

Qualification
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) graduate.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Comfortable working from an office-based setup.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
