Key Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor all activities in the aseptic manufacturing area.
- Perform cleaning and sanitization of machines, equipment, and production areas.
- Carry out line clearance before starting operations.
- Operate filling machines, instruments, and manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain records and logbooks related to manufacturing, filling, cleaning, and temperature monitoring.
- Manage aseptic manufacturing, filling, and sanitization activities as per SOPs.
- Report any issues or abnormalities in the aseptic area to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow self-hygiene, cGMP, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment calibration and qualification status.
- Attend scheduled training programs and complete assigned tasks as instructed by the HOD.
