Key Responsibilities
- Follow the company Code of Conduct, Business Ethics, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of the production team to achieve operational goals.
- Perform production and process activities as per written SOPs and BPCR procedures.
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Carry out equipment and area cleaning activities according to GCR guidelines.
- Complete SAP transactions and documentation as per work instructions.
- Stage raw materials and packaging materials in designated production areas.
- Report and document deviations, abnormalities, or operational issues to supervisors.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with the Engineering team for maintenance and breakdown support.
- Ensure safe disposal of waste materials according to EHS norms.
- Participate in training programs related to Unit Operations, GMP, and Safety.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the reporting officer or supervisor.
Qualification
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Pharmacy.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Self motivational skills allowing you to function independently.
- Communication style and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a APIPL environment.
- Excellent Teamwork and Experience.
