    Job Description

    Under the supervision of the reporting manager, develop and validate bio-analytical methods for the quantitation of drugs and metabolites in biological fluids, involving medium to complex analytical techniques, and apply the assay for the analysis of drugs and metabolites in biological fluids.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines, including DCGI, USFDA, ICH, GLP, and EMEA standards
    • Support Bioanalytical method development, validation, and routine batch sample analysis
    • Prepare project-specific solutions and perform sample preparation
    • Document experimental work and maintain accurate records
    • Verify and save chromatography data acquisition results
    • Perform laboratory investigations and raw data compilation
    • Operate laboratory instruments and automated reporting systems
    • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory work area
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
    • Follow company ethics, quality, safety, and HR compliance policies
    • Demonstrate organizational values, including Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance, and Passion
    • Perform additional assigned responsibilities as required

    Qualification

    Education

    Minimum Bachelor’s Degree holder in Pharmacy.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Good knowledge of GLP requirements.
    • Good skills in MS Office.
    • Good at communication skills.
    • Flexible to work.
    • Strives to drive projects related to Bioanalytical effectively.

    Experience

    • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Bioanalytical.
