Job Description
This Pharma Job under Sanofi Careers involves supporting strategic planning, HEVA operations, budgeting, vendor coordination, medical communication projects, and stakeholder engagement activities.
The selected candidate will work closely with therapy area leads, finance teams, scientific writers, HEVA teams, and external vendors to ensure effective end-to-end project delivery for medical education and publication activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Senior Director (EBM strategic planning and operations), business partners, therapy areas lead, eBuy manager, external vendors, and finance colleagues.
- Conduct monthly, bimonthly, and quarterly budget reviews with TA Leads.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to operationalise strategic plans and prioritization activities.
- Review budget plans, update trackers, and manage SOW details.
- Support contract management, invoicing processes, and Ad-board meeting coordination.
- Coordinate external meetings and activities such as GRFs, FMVs, tiering, honoraria tables, and cost sheets.
- Support vendor onboarding, contract renewals, amendments, and PO processes.
- Provide project management support to scientific writers and HEVA teams.
- Arrange stakeholder meetings, track deliverables, and manage project risks.
- Collaborate with scientific communication, medical content enhancement, HEVA teams, finance teams, and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Advanced degree in Pharmacy
- Experience: 3–5 years post-qualification experience
- Project management experience required
- Medical communication/pharma experience desirable
