Job Description
- Development of complex injectable formulations, including liposomal, nanoparticle, depot, emulsion, and long-acting injectable products
- Handling formulation development activities for NDDS & Liposomal drug delivery systems
- Conducting pre-formulation studies, compatibility studies, and formulation optimization
- Process development, scale-up, and technology transfer activities
- Preparation and review of development reports, protocols, batch manufacturing records, and SOPs
- Coordination with analytical, production, QA, and regulatory teams
- Troubleshooting during the development and manufacturing stages
- Exposure to characterization techniques for complex injectables and nanoformulations
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP, regulatory, and quality standards
Qualification
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm (Pharmaceutics or relevant specialization)
- Relevant experience in Complex Injectables / NDDS / Liposomal Product Development preferred
Skills
- Strong knowledge of complex injectable formulation development
- Hands-on experience in NDDS, Liposomal, Nano, or Long-Acting Injectable products
- Understanding of sterile manufacturing and aseptic processes
- Knowledge of QbD and regulatory documentation preferred
- Good communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
